I have 15 years of clinical experience and 13 years of academic and professional study, including PhD research into how herbs may influence our mitochondria—tiny bacteria-like structures within our cells that generate energy, regulate free radicals, and ultimately affect almost every aspect of our health, vitality and lifespan.
