Cold Damage (傷寒, Shang Han)

A collective name for various types of injury due to External Invasion of Cold, equivalent in modern terms to contracted diseases like colds and flu. Popularised by the second century classic Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases (傷寒雜病論, Shang Han Za Bing Lun) by Zhang Zhong-Jing (張仲景) who details its stages and developments based on the Six Divisions theory.
