Rheumatic and arthritis, muscular aches from over-exertion
- Tonifies the Lung, Spleen and Kidney Qi and harmonises the Po
Mental, physical and emotional exhaustion, apathy, poor motivation
Convalescence following illness with weakness or emotional stress
Physical pain with no identifiable cause or a feeling something is not right due to unexpressed emotional issues or suppressed traumatic experiences
- Descends Lung Qi and tonifies Kidney Yang
Wheezing due to Kidneys not grasping the Lung Qi
