Traditional Actions/Indications:
- Clears Heat and resolves Toxicity, purges Fire and relaxes the bowels
Swelling and pain of the eyes
Sores and boils
Sore throat
Diarrhoea, dysentery and constipation
Suggested Daily Dosage: 6-12g in decoction, or juice or powder applied externally.
Cautions: It is contraindicated for deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach.
