Pattern: Dampness obstructing the Qi level of the Middle Jiao leading to abundance of Yin and Cold

Key Symptoms: Stifling sensation and pain in the epigastrium, loss of appetite

Tongue: White, slippery coating
Pulse: Moderate on the right side


Ingredients

Huo Xiang 9g
Hou Po 6g
Chen Pi 4.5g
Fu Ling 9g
Cao Guo 3g
Shan Zha 15g (dry fried)
Shen Qu 6g


Preparation: Decoction.


Actions: Warms the Middle Jiao and transforms Dampness.

No symptoms are given in the text so some that are assumed to be symptomatic of Damp stagnation and Cold have been given.
