Huang Qi 6g
Ren Shen 6g
Dang Gui 6g
Chuan Xiong 3g
Fang Feng 3g
Jie Geng 3g
Bai Zhi 3g
Hou Po 3g
Gan Cao 3g
Rou Gui 3g



Preparation: Source text advises the best results come from cooking in wine. May also be ground into powder and taken in 9g doses with yellow rice or millet wine. If alcohol is to be avoided then the powder may be taken with a decoction of Mu Xiang.

Actions: Invigorates the Blood, tonifies deficiency, expels foulness, generates new flesh

Contraindications: Heat patterns and toxic swellings that are red, hot and painful
