Pattern: Spleen and Stomach Yang deficiency with Cold and thin mucus

Key Symptoms: Reduced appetite, loose stools, vomiting of clear fluids, excessive salivation, coughing up watery sputum

Tongue: White slippery coating
Pulse: Submerged, slow pulse

Gan Jiang
Ren Shen
Bai Zhu
Zhi Gan Cao
Fu Ling
Zhi Ban Xia

Preparation: Dosages are not specified in the source but simply instructs to grind them into powder and form into small pills and take 40-50 with warm water. Equal amounts are normally used with 6-9g making the standard dose.
