Pattern: For "all Heart diseases" including Qi, Blood and Yin deficiency, Blood stasis and Phlegm turbidity

Key Symptoms: Severe fright palpitations, disorientation, restlessness, insomnia

Ren Shen
Fu Ling
Shi Chang Pu
Yuan Zhi
Long Chi
Suan Zao Ren
Sheng Tie Luo
Mai Men Dong
Zhu Sha
Ru Xiang
She Xiang
Hu Po

Several ingredients must be replace due to UK laws or toxicity. These include:
Sheng Tie Luo == Yu Jin + He Huan Pi
Zhu Sha == Hu Po (or omit as contains Hu Po already)
She Xiang = Shi Chang Pu and Ru Xiang (also already in formula so raised proportions may be advised).

Preparation: Decocoted with juice from Sheng Di Huang.

Actions: Tonifies the Heart, strengthens the resolve, moves Blood, transforms Phlegm, calms the Shen

Since the pattern described is so general it should probably be modified according to the presentation in most cases.
