Pattern: Heat in the Blood due to Yin and Jing deficiency from chronic Blood deficiency and overwork

Key Symptoms: Loss of hearing and diminished visual acuity, premature graying of the hair and loss of memory



Ingredients
Zi He Che 1pc
Sheng Di Huang 21g
Tian Men Dong 21g
Dang Gui 21g
Gou Qi Zi 21g
Niu Xi 21g
Wu Wei Zi 21g
Rou Cong Rong 21g
Huang Bai 21g
Suo Yang 21g
Du Zhong 30g

Subsitutions:
In the UK Zi He Che must be substituted. It is often replaced with other Yin and Jing tonifying herbs such as He Shou Wu, Huang Jing, Tu Si Zi and Sang Ji Sheng.



Preparation: Ground into powder and formed into pills with honey.

Actions: Enriches the Yin and secure the Yang.
